As Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for enhancing the overall performance of their website, driving increased sales revenue, managing online advertising and overall SEO strategy, creation of highly optimised niche sites with web designer, developing web usage in conjunction with other marketing activity (DM, brochures etc) and analysing ROI for all web based activity. The Role As Corporate Account Manager your goal will be to focus on the development and growth of my clients largest accounts and to ensure stronger and highly commercial long lasting relationships.     Job Description: Italian Internal Sales Executive required for specialist provider of tailored luxury holiday packages. My client has a database of longstanding high profile customers who regular use their services and this is topped up yearly by new customers. Due to increased demand for my client’s services, they are seeking a sales professional who is able to build and develop relationships with customers and convert enquiries through to sales. You will be responsible for selling hotel holidays to Italy which will include long stays and short breaks. Responsibilities include: -  Selling tailor-made holidays to customers which will involve in-depth product knowledge, an eye for detail and a methodical approach.  You will be required to come up with various options for clients to ensure that there expectations are met. This will involve flight, transport, hotels and excursions.  You will be responsible for dealing with their initial enquiry, through to providing a cost breakdown and booking all areas of their reservation. Many clients book a number of holidays at one time which can involve multi-destination itineraries.  You will also be responsible for meeting with suppliers and developing new programmes, therefore, you MUST speak fluent Italian in order to fulfil the aspects of this position. The successful candidate will ideally offer: -  Education to a Degree Level  The ability to speak fluent Italian  You will need to be comfortable with figures, budgets, and spreadsheets.  You will have first class written and verbal communication skills, confidence and be able to work accurately and efficiently.  The ability to complete a sale, whilst still maintaining a very high level of service and balancing the needs of the business. Please note that you will be required to drive in Italy and travel independently from time to time to become familiar with the destinations that my client deals with. .

    Job Description: My client is experiencing year on year growth and in order to support future sales, they have created an exciting new opening for a Sales Manager. This role will work closely with the MD as well as other key departments and be key to their future success. Whilst my clients style of selling is more advisory than aggressive, they do want the successful candidate to implement a more proactive strategy. The role will involve: -  Evaluating customer requirements and coming up with suggestions on ways to meet their requirements.  Compiling and issuing quotes in line with the customer specification.  Liaising internally with sales administration to ensure that the suggestions given to customers can be achieved.  Developing the sales and marketing strategy.  The overall project management from agreeing the customer requirement through to the co-ordination with purchasing and engineering to ensure expectations are met.  You will also be responsible for developing the CRM system, establishing new relationships and developing current accounts. The successful candidate will ideally offer: -  A recognized degree qualification relevant to my clients products.  Experience of selling within either the food, drink of catering equipment industry. Your communication skills, both written and oral, must be first class.  A methodical approach with the ability to deal with facts, figures and different systems on a daily basis.  Excellent organizational, time management and administration skills.  The ability to work well under pressure.
