    Job Description: An excellent opportunity has arisen for an HR Assistant/Analyst to join a fantastic organisation based in North Devon. The post will provide comprehensive, effective and efficient support to the HR team and you will undertake a variety of specific projects dealing with HR issues and external queries. Key responsibilities include: Administration of HR-related documentation, Ensuring all HR activity complies with relevant legislation, Diary Management, Market research, Minute and note taking, Statistical analysis and production of reports. As this post is analytical you will be required to have intermediate/advanced excel skills including pivot tables. You must also be able to demonstrate: Strong admin skills, Excellent attention to detail, Experience of working with databases and systems and have first class communication skills. Those candidates with CIPD, CPP or other HR related qualifications, will be looked upon favourably. This position is initially offered on a 6 month contract.
