    Job Description: Regional Account Manager for leading national business. As Regional Account Manager you will be responsible for liaising with and visiting customers throughout East Devon, Somerset and Dorset. The role will involve achieving customer retention and sales targets whilst out on the road 4 out of 5 days a week along with negotiating and renegotiating contracts with a variety of businesses. The role also involves resolving queries and service issues,carrying out external stock checks along with updating relevant managers and company database records. Candidates should possess a full clean UK driving license along with high levels of self motivation, drive and commitment. A proven track record of successful account management and development ideally from a sales/service background is required along with first class written and verbal communication skills. The newly created role of Employment/Recruitment Consultant will work within the Charity’s Employment Team for a period of six months (initially) to assist clients to secure work – this will involve:- · Preparing clients for employment – preparation of CV, assistance with application forms, interview coaching, identifying key skills, researching the marketplace. · Identifying new work opportunities – focusing specifically on clients’ needs, having a strong understanding of the local labour market and its vacancies and researching suitable work placements and vacancies to meet agreed targets. · Establishing strong relationships with local employers – establishing and maintaining contact, providing key information on advantages to employers, representing the charity at relevant events to promote the service. · Provision of broader practical support to clients to support their journey into work. The ideal person will have a background in recruitment and experience of working with people with disabilities. You will proactively monitor, support and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service standards, monitor and maintain a high standard of telephone statistics, deal with customer complaints and ensure all systems including CRM are used efficiently. The position of Customer Services Supervisor requires candidates with experience of leading and motivating teams, dealing with complex customer service issues and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous work experience gained from manufacturing, experience of CRM systems, and knowledge of credit control procedures and export systems would be advantageous.
