    Job Description: Shift Leader required to be responsible for directing and co-ordinating all safety, training, quality and production activities within this high volume manufacturing department. You will liaise internally with the production scheduler in order to develop an efficient work flow. You will be responsible for all members of staff working within your shift and ensuring smooth lines of communication are achieved. Ideally you will have a proven background within a similar role, people management experience and be able to offer a thorough understanding of the latest manufacturing techniques. In addition you will ideally be Degree qualified, however, this is not essential.

    Job Description: Supply Chain leader required to report in to the Supply Chain Manager of this a high volume manufacturing site. The core functions of this position will be to plan, purchase and schedule all route for materials in to the facility as well as the shipment of the end product. Through the analysis of sales forecast, you will work closely with the SAP and scheduling team to ensure demand can be met. You will need to have a through understanding of the supply chain processes, offer first class communication and negotiating skills and have used SAP systems in previous positions. This is a very demanding role, which requires someone who is able to problem solve whilst working calmly under pressure.

    Job Description: Experienced Buyer required to join a highly reputable firm based in the South West. This is a new position and will have full responsibility for all aspects of the purchasing function. You will be required to source suitable suppliers (worldwide travel), deal with in-depth aspects of contract negotiation, and liaising internally with the NPD team. A large aspect of the position is working at a strategic level, agreeing new contracts, agreeing timescales for delivery and production and managing the entire supply chain function. Day to day duties include liaising and negotiating with suppliers, expediting all purchase orders, creating reports and co-ordinating projects internally. The successful applicant must have experience of purchasing and negotiating with oversees suppliers and have the flexibility to travel abroad regularly. You will also have a proven track record of working within a manufacturing environment and be MCIPS qualified. This role requires someone to be self motivated, to be able to think on their feet and work to very tight deadlines. Proven communication and negotiating skills are also essential. Experience to working to ISO standards and quality auditing would be an advantage.
