In order to be successful you will have a sound understanding of the financial planning process and broad knowledge of financial services industry. You will have the ability to prioritise & plan your own workload and achieve agreed outcomes without supervision. Excellent report writing & IT skills are paramount for this position as are excellent inter-personal skills, both written and verbal. Recognised and appropriate exams - eg, Certificate in Financial Planning/Certificate for Financial Advisers are also key for this post.
