    Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a leading High Street Bank who is looking for Mortgage Advisors to join their successful team.     Job Description: Partner/Partner designate – High value Residential/Agriculture We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced solicitor to advise on all legal aspects of high value residential conveyancing. Candidates with experience associated with farming and the farming community would be able to develop this aspect of the business. The Practice has five branches and has a reputation for providing an individual service. The role will involve dealing with higher value residential and estate conveyancing. Properties are located within Exeter and the surrounding towns The farms, estates and recreational land throughout the South West. The Practice has a long tradition of acting for farmers and the rural community. You will be acting for many landowners who are looking at alternative uses for their land. Your focus will be to work with the landowner and other advisers to ensure that maximum value is obtained, advising on the most effective way of promoting the land, including dealing with options, joint ventures and conditional contracts. You will also advise on taxation situations with particular reference to the land-owning community. The position is based in the Head Office in Exeter. Ideally located for access to the motorway, rail and air links. There is a substantial package for this role.
