    Job Description: My client is experiencing year on year growth and in order to support future sales, they have created an exciting new opening for a Sales Manager. This role will work closely with the MD as well as other key departments and be key to their future success. Whilst my clients style of selling is more advisory than aggressive, they do want the successful candidate to implement a more proactive strategy. The role will involve: -  Evaluating customer requirements and coming up with suggestions on ways to meet their requirements.  Compiling and issuing quotes in line with the customer specification.  Liaising internally with sales administration to ensure that the suggestions given to customers can be achieved.  Developing the sales and marketing strategy.  The overall project management from agreeing the customer requirement through to the co-ordination with purchasing and engineering to ensure expectations are met.  You will also be responsible for developing the CRM system, establishing new relationships and developing current accounts. The successful candidate will ideally offer: -  A recognized degree qualification relevant to my clients products.  Experience of selling within either the food, drink of catering equipment industry. Your communication skills, both written and oral, must be first class.  A methodical approach with the ability to deal with facts, figures and different systems on a daily basis.  Excellent organizational, time management and administration skills.  The ability to work well under pressure.     Job Description: My client has gone through some considerable investment over the last five or six years and now boasts some of the most start of the art production machinery within their industry. They are currently looking for an experienced maintenance engineer to provide diagnostic breakdown cover and routine maintenance for the production machinery (including CNC, PC/PLC controlled) and general maintenance of site services and facilities. You will have experience of working within a similar role and will offer relevant formal qualifications, electrically biased but with good mechanical skills. The successful candidate must also have machine fault-finding and maintenance experience. Excellent team working skills and the ability to work in a fast moving production environment with competing and changing priorities. This position will involve providing cover during and outside of factory working hours (inc. evenings, after midnight during the week , and some Saturdays).
