This position will be the first point of contact for all customers. Responsibilities include the preparation of all quote, taking customer specifications, editing customer drawings using Autocad, following quotations through to order and dealing with any queries along the way. Internally you will liaise with sales, production and planning and externally you will deal with customers and suppliers. First class communication skills are therefore required in addition to the ability to working in a busy environment. Ideally you will be a degree or HNC qualified person who is able to offer experience within a similar role.

The main purpose of the role is to provide leadership and perform as an effective facilitator to influence development within Health & Safety. You will be responsible for planning the Health & Safety strategy, incident management, conducting monthly team meeting, training as well as the day to day administration conducting reports, audits and updating records. The successful candidate will be NEBOSH Diploma Qualified and ideally be a Certified Member of IOSH. You will offer a proven track record of working at a similar level where you have utilised very strong and confident communication skills in order to raise health and safety standards. You will be system and process driven in order to set a high benchmark for the business to work to.
