    Job Description: My client is looking for an electrical maintenance engineer to manage a team and motivate them to ensure that equipment effectiveness across the production site is achieved. You will plan and control all people and equipment resources, dealing with ad hoc issues that arise on a daily basis. You will need to have excellent problem solving skills, be used to working within an ever changing environment and have a proven background of motivating and managing a team. HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering would be beneficial, although appropriate experience will also be considered.

You will be responsible for actively implementing lean manufacturing techniques, monitoring KPI’s, motivating your team and responding to customer demand quickly and efficiently. The successful candidate will have a proven background within a similar role, will have line management experience and will have ideally worked within an FMCG environment. First class communication skills and the ability to work under pressure is also required. This position is working on a shift basis, Monday – Friday but will involve some night shifts.
