An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Solicitor with at least 1 years’ PQE, to join a professional, forward-thinking firm and provide support to the Business Risk and Regulation Team. The team works in a range of regulatory areas, including health and safety, envorionment, healthcare, product safety and contentious data law and strives to achieve positive outcomes for clients. Your role is to apply your expertise and act for well-known regional and national businesses. You will carry out a range of duties, involving contentious defence work, internal investigation and non-contentious advisory work. The ideal candidate will be a successful communicator with strong technical and problem-solving skills.
