- You will handle a varied caseload of legal expense backed dispute claims involving (but not limited to) property, construction and consumer contracts
- You will review and advise on legal cover
- You will assist partners and senior solicitors with more substantial disputes
- You will build and maintain effective client relationships
- You will actively participate in marketing initiatives, including attending conferences, giving and assisting with presentations, writing articles and creating marketing materials
- You will be a qualified Solicitor between NQ - 3 years' PQE, with experience gained in Civil Litigation and/or a relevant Litigation seat at NQ level
- You will have an excellent academic record
- You will have experience of running cases from start to finish
- You will have excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach
- You will have a proven ability to take on responsibility and manage and progress files
- You will have a strong client focus and a commitment to service delivery
- You will have a demonstrable passion for business development
