- You will assist with the existing caseload of Commercial Litigation work, to include; director/shareholder disputes, contractual claims, professional negligence, and building/construction disputes
- You will undertake business development; identifying and targeting opportunities in order to bring new work into the firm
- You will nurture existing client relationships
- You will actively network in order to raise your own profile, the firm’s profile and the profile of the department
- You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE gained within private practice
- You will have good experience dealing with a variety of Commercial Litigation work
- You will be commercially aware
- You will have demonstrable business development skills and experience
- You will have an excellent professional approach and outstanding client care skills
- You need to be an enthusiastic self-starter and a committed team player
- You will have fantastic organisational skills and an eye for detail
