- Running your own caseload of files, under supervision if required
- Dealing with general Commercial Property matters including; Landlord and Tenant, Freehold and Leasehold, Acquisitions and Disposals, Finance and Investment Portfolio
- Undertaking business development
- Regularly marketing yourself, the department and the firm
- You will be a qualified Solicitor within Commercial Property experience- any level of PQE will be considered
- You will be highly motivated and enthusiastic
- You will be commercially aware
- You will have excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast paced environment
