- As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will support the fee earners in the Residential Conveyancing department with their busy caseloads
- You will also undertake audio and copy typing as required
- You will liaise with clients, contacts and estate agents in writing and over the telephone
- You will set up new files, deal with filing, make appointments, arrangement meetings, deal with diary management and any other administration as required
- You will be either an experienced Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant within Residential Conveyancing
- You will have a typing speed of more than 60WPM
- You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- You will be well presented, friendly and approachable
