Your role will be to quickly assess emergency situations when receiving calls from customers and determine whether to call the emergency services on the customer’s behalf. You will also be offering technical product support when required. The successful candidate will be able to remain calm in difficult situation and will have excellent communication and judgement skills. You will need experience in customer service to be considered for this role. The ideal candidate will have handled 111 or 999 calls in the past.

The role offers a competitive salary and would be ideal for a person experienced in customer service looking to take on an exciting and challenging new role. Candidates with experience within the healthcare industry are particularly of interest. If you have experience handling calls and you are able to remain calm under pressure, we would love to hear from you.
