We are currently seeking a Customer Service Analyst to join a successful and growing business on the outskirts of Exeter on permanent basis. The main purpose of this role is to create synergy between customer facing teams and ensure a joined-up approach is taken to managing the ongoing relationships.


To work as part of a fast-paced team you will always put the customer first and will have a dynamic and strategic approach to any task. The ideal candidate will be extremely customer focussed but also have the ability to interpret data (using Excel) and translate it into relevant insight for colleagues and external customers alike under the direction of the Head of Department.
