A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join the Exeter office of one of the largest law firms in the South West. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ PQE working within Dispute Resolution/Litigation.

- You will run your own varied and mixed caseload of matters, to include; landlord and tenant matters, contract disputes, construction disputes, and shareholder and director disputes. You will also deal with some non-contentious general civil/commercial matters for both individuals and businesses
- You will undertake business development and marketing opportunities in order to promote yourself, your department and the wider firm
- You will achieve time and billing targets
- You will travel to other offices in the region as required
- You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 years’ PQE gained within Dispute Resolution/Litigation
- You will be able to run your own caseload independently but also work as part of the wider team
- You will have experience of undertaking business development and marketing in connection with your role as a Solicitor/Legal Executive
- You will be highly professional, organised and ambitious
- You will have a driving licence and access to a vehicle
