Create internal service standardsand effective business processes and procedures.
Review business processes, procedures, and internal service standards on an ongoing basis in relation to client satisfaction, profitability, and efficiency.
Oversee the delivery of all general office and business administration, ensuring all legislative and business requirements are met.
Manage teams across all sites and their workload to achieve set business goals.

Minimum of 3 years management experience in a professional industry, ideally within wealth investment / IFA firm.
Experience of selection and implementation of new systems and working practices on time and on budget.
Experience in change management or project management within a regulated environment.
