My client is recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join their Plymouth based team on a permanent basis. The main purpose of the role is to provide a proactive and flexible HR Administration service by providing relevant and appropriate HR admin support to the HR Team, whilst maintaining HR and Health and Safety electronic database, mailbox and ensuring compliance with all company procedures, documented policies, and employment legislation.

You will also be required to support the Head of HR and the wider team in the delivery of HR elements of organisational and cultural change activities, ensuring all relevant business units are updated. The successful candidate will need to be highly organised to ensure a timely and accurate delivery of the core HR functions as well as aid in the delivery of projects.

This is a full-time requirement operating from the Plymouth office and the company are currently trialling agile working, a mix of home working and office based. The aspiration is for this to become their norm, subject COVID restrictions and Guidelines. As a result, they are open to applications from candidates outside of their normal catchment area, provided it is practical for them to travel to Plymouth 2 or 3 days a week.
