My client is recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor with demonstrable HR experience and CIPD Qualification to join their Plymouth based team on a permanent basis. This is a varied and fast paced role which will cover the full HR Generalist landscape and to include HR Governance around policy, procedure and Health and Safety.

This is a full-time requirement operating from the Plymouth office and the company are currently trialling agile working, a mix of home working and office based. The aspiration is for this to become their norm, subject COVID restrictions and Guidelines. As a result they are open to applications from candidates outside of their normal catchment area, provided it is practical for them to travel to Plymouth 2 or 3 days a week.
