What does an HR Resourcing Advisor do?

Your main role will be to deliver a high-quality HR recruitment service to your team, working closely with a generalist HR team and providing support to hiring managers with a team's recruitment processes.

What Qualifications do you need to get a HR Resourcing Advisor job?

A successful candidate will ideally have experience of recruiting at a similar level/ previous experience within a busy HR team and be a self-starter with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience of operating at a HR Advisor level
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • High level of computer skills
  • Good telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Must be accurate and show attention to detail
  • Methodical and organised approach to work
  • CIPD qualified (minimum of Level 5)
