Our client requires an IT Network and Infrastructure Manager to join their Exeter-based organisation on a full-time, permanent basis. As part of the IT Help Desk function, which provides networking, telecommunications, desktop and server infrastructure and advice to the IT Steering Group, the role will involve logging, diagnosis and rectifying of all calls passed through the call logging service, as well as managing the delivery of IT Infrastructure and Voice projects throughout the organisation. You will also be responsible for ensuring back up and security for data.

 

Hours are Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm, with an hour for lunch. Some weekend infrastructure work to be offset by negotiation from weekday hours.
