The Chamber works at regional and national level and provides a comprehensive portfolio of services and support including, representation and lobbying, marketing and networking opportunities and providing a business news hub for the city. The board’s role is to shape the Chamber’s offering to members and, at a higher level, to play a role in Exeter’s development – working with, and holding to account, government and its authorities. Exeter Chamber is committed to accurately represent the city’s businesses community and seeks to establish a gender balanced board (currently 6/14 female to male ratio) and to encourage greater diversity in all areas in its board and membership.
