Cathedral Appointments has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the Residential Conveyancing team of a well-established law firm based in Exeter. Our client is ideally looking for someone with a minimum of 1 years’ experience gained within Residential Conveyancing. However, other practice areas will be considered.

- You will provide secretarial and administrative support to the relevant fee earners
- You will undertake both audio and copy typing on a daily basis
- You will be responsible for managing the fee earner’s diaries
- You will communicate with clients of the firm over the telephone
- You will maintain client files to a high standard and deal with daily filing
- You will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a Legal Secretary
- Audio/Copy typing experience, ideally with minimum speeds of 60wpm
- You will be highly professional and organised, with exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- You will have excellent IT skills; including the use of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
