Cathedral Appointments has a fantastic vacancy for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a very well-established, reputable law firm based in Exeter. This role would suit an ambitious and energetic Solicitor or Legal Executive who has a minimum of 2 years’ PQE gained within a busy Litigation team. In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have gained exposure in at least 3 of the following areas: Employment Law, Personal Injury Law, Contract Disputes, Commercial Disputes, Insolvency, Residential Landlord and Tenant. It would also be beneficial to have some knowledge of Property Disputes and Contentious Probate, but this is not essential.
