Cathedral Appointments is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join a large, local law firm in their Torquay office. The successful candidate will be a team player and able to deal with a range of Private Client matters with some supervision. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE gained within a busy Private Client team, but the firm may be open to NQ to 1 years’ PQE.

- You will run your own caseload of Private Client matters (with some supervision), to include; Wills, Probate, Estate Planning, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Tax Advice
- You will undertake business development and marketing opportunities in order to promote yourself, your department and the wider firm
- You may have to travel to other offices locally as required
- You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
- You will have gained specific experience within a busy Private Client team
- Ideally, you will be able to run your own caseload with minimal supervision, however, there will be support available
- You will be personable, and client focussed
- You will have access to a vehicle
