- You will deal with either a general Commercial Property or Residential Property/Conveyancing caseload or a mix of both, depending on your preference and experience
- You will be able to run your own caseload of matters
- You will undertake business development in order to continue building the department and you will market yourself, the firm and the department where possible
- You will be a qualified Solicitor with specific Property experience, gained within either Commercial Property or Residential Property/Conveyancing
- You will be a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
- You will be professional and organised
- You will have exceptional communication skills and proven client care skills
