Cathedral Appointments has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join the Torquay office of one of the largest law firms in the South West. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Residential Conveyancing and will work well in a team. If you would also like to deal with some Commercial Property work, then this can also be available. However, it is not essential that you have this experience.

- You will deal with a range of Residential Conveyancing matters and also Commercial Property matters, if desired
- You will undertake business development and marketing opportunities in order to promote yourself, your department and the wider firm
- You will travel to other offices in the region
- You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with experience gained specifically within Residential Conveyancing
- You will possibly have Commercial Property experience, but this is not essential
- You will be able to run your own caseload
- You will have experience of undertaking business development and marketing
- You will be an ambitious and driven
- You will have access to a vehicle
