Sales Administrator

Our client, a well-established company based in Exeter, requires a Sales Administrator to join their busy team. Reporting to the Warehouse and Sales Administrator, the main purpose of the role is to process sales, manage internet-based sales damages and customer returns, answer telephone calls in a polite and helpful manner, and enter data accurately into the computer systems. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, excellent attention to detail and good IT skills.


This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week. Hours are 08:30 – 17:30, with some flexibility.
