Charlotte is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Cathedral Appointments and leads our HR and Marketing specialism. She has spent over 17 years in recruitment, so she understands the pressures on HR and marketing functions and what it takes to build strong teams within them.
She works with businesses across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset, from growing SMEs to established regional employers. She helps them hire at every level, from coordinator roles to senior leadership. Her approach is consultative. She takes time to understand each organisation’s priorities, gives honest advice on salary and the state of the market, and puts forward candidates she has met and assessed properly.
Candidates trust her for the same reasons: she’s straightforward, she tells them what’s happening, and she cares about getting the right match for both sides.
