The most important part of your business really is your staff. As specialist recruitment consultants in Exeter, we help leading businesses across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset & Dorset find the right people - time after time. We can do the same for you.
Technical skills, experience and education - they are important in any job. But the right attitude is equally important too. We look beyond JDs and CVs and we get to know our candidates as well as we get to know your business. In fact, we love finding out what makes our clients tick. And we insist on meeting each of our candidates face to face, to see the person behind the profile. That way we can bring you candidates that don’t just fit your technical requirements, but your culture too.
You’re busy. You don’t have time for the nuances of a recruitment campaign. We can manage the entire lifecycle of your project – end to end recruitment. We will liaise with you every step of the way to keep you in the loop.
Placing skilled candidates at great companies is what we have been doing since we started in 1988 - and in that time we have become the leading employment agency in Exeter, with an outstanding success rate of placing key talent across a diverse mix of sectors: engineering, manufacturing, IT, marketing, sales, accountancy, financial services, professional services and more.

"I came across Cathedral Appointments when I saw a job advert online. I didn’t think much of it and submitted my CV, I received an email straight away from Sophia wanting to have a telephone call and getting to know me. She said I would be the perfect candidate and would liaise with the company. Sophia was so helpful keeping me up to date at every stage and even having a small chat with me before my telephone interview. She would follow up with me to see how it went and I felt in safe hands. I got the job and she still reached out to see how I was getting on. I really appreciated all her time and advice she gave. Thank you Sophia and Cathedral Appointments!"
