Clodagh is a business leader, holding over two decades’ experience in the tech and IT sectors. Her career began in 1996 working in San Francisco for a Mutual Fund Company, Montgomery Asset Management. Clodagh then moved back to her home city, Dublin where she spent four years in a variety of roles for eircom, the incumbent telecommunications provider. In 2003, Clodagh relocated to the UK and has had a number of leadership roles in Tech & IT Services businesses, including KCOM Group PLC, where she progressed to Managing Director of Eclipse Internet and grew that business from £20m to £40m turnover.
Having joined Cathedral Appointments in 2004, Lynsey has built over 18 years of recruitment experience within the region. She took over the Tech Division in 2016, building on her existing knowledge of tech, and has continued to develop strong partnerships with a wide range of businesses across the South West to find their future tech superstars. Lynsey is passionate about innovatively aiding clients with their recruitment campaigns as well as providing insight and expertise into the sector to help fulfil those more challenging roles. She also provides IT support to the business on a day-to-day basis.
