Ellie brings a wealth of recruitment experience to Cathedral Appointments and leads our Logistics & Supply Chain specialism, alongside Legal Support and Financial Services. She progressed from recruitment consultant to senior consultant and branch manager, covering Bath and Bristol, and she brings that experience to clients and candidates across the South West.

Before recruitment, Ellie was a primary school teacher, including a spell as SENDCo, and began her career as a legal secretary at a firm of solicitors and chartered financial planners. Those years taught her to listen closely, communicate clearly and understand what each person needs, which is exactly what matching the right candidate to the right role takes.
