Management Accountant Job Description
As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for managing monthly accounts, conducting reconciliation work on transactions and balance sheets and will supervise payroll processes and staff expenditures.
You will often report to the Head of Finance or CFO, and could manage a junior member of the team.

- Manage monthly accounts, reporting and compliance
- Post and reconcile transactions, process invoices and expenses
- Reconcile balance sheets and oversee VAT compliance
- Control credit and manage bank reconciliations and payments
- Supervise payroll processes and handle staff expenses
- Must be ACA, CIMA, ACCA or AAT qualified
- At least 2 years experience in a similar finance role with proficiency in Finance and CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well independently as part of a team
- Highly analytical and detail oriented, with excellent numerical skills and a knack for managing varied workloads
- High computer literacy, especially in MS Excel and the ability to meet deadlines efficiently
