As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for improving efficiency, productivity and performance within a business. You will implement improvements to projects by identifying inefficiencies and play a key role in optimising operations for the delivery of products or services.
You may also be responsible for a team of engineers, and assess the work schedules to maximise output and improvements.

- Coordinate time studies and performance ratings, identify efficiency enhancements and implement improvements to projects
- Create Value Stream Maps to visualise processes and work with the team to develop and apply best practices for improved production and quality
- Oversee reactive, preventative and corrective maintenance for factory machinery, building infrastructure and delivery vehicles
- Manage the procurement and inventory of spare parts and supplies
- Plan factory projects, provide breakdown support, coordinate with external engineers and maintain accurate records
- Possess a minimum of HNC/HND or equivalent in Engineering, or relevant qualification
- Demonstratable experience with process time management and root cause analysis
- Skilled in electrical and mechanical fault-finding, with knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and capable of working independently
- Excellent communication, organisational skills and ability to work across teams with proficient record keeping
