As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining and optimising the IT infrastructure in a business. You will create IT infrastructure systems and manage security processes. You will provide technical support to troubleshoot issues and minimise downtime.

- Maintain and monitor all network, security and computer systems, updating hardware and fixing networks issues
- Implement security-first solutions, managing the security system and information transfers
- Design and install infrastructure components to optimise technical performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Participate in hardware and software project design, conducting testing and implementation processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to handle incidents and problem management
- Solid background in hybrid on-prem/cloud environments, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), Windows Server configuration (2016 onwards), and Microsoft cloud services (O365, Azure)
- Deep knowledge of networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, etc.), network hardware, security and governance, and modern identities/security (2FA)
- Experience with AD/DNS/DHCP/GPO, PowerShell, automated monitoring tools, and ITIL principles
- Strong background in providing IT support to external clients, high levels of customer service, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make decisions on technically complex issues, troubleshoot effectively, and build collaborative relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
