As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance within an organisation. You will work closely with team members who raise IT problems, prioritising and troubleshooting queries and working across multi-software’s to deliver fixes. You will install computer software and perform routine maintenance tasks, including back ups to ensure stability and security. This role will also work to onboard new team members, and close down leaving team member devices, ensuring all equipment is properly logged and traceable. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of an organisations IT infrastructure.
