As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination, distribution and storage of goods for sale within a business.
You will maintain accurate records of product storage, maintain schedules for inbound and outbound shipments and build relationships with clients, suppliers and other departments in the business. This role includes progression opportunities, beginning as a logistics coordinator.

- Work with the Commercial Managers to establish customer requirements, manage purchase and sale contracts and ensure sale details are correctly entered into the CRM
- Process customer orders and deliver high standards of customer service, continually seeking improvements
- Ensure smooth flow of customer orders to completion, manage team workloads and ensure team member understand their value
- Collaborate with other managers in the team, and external partners, to oversee inbound and outbound shipments
- Guarantee compliance with company policies and legislation, improve logistics workflows and oversee customer shipping charges
- Strong background in customer service and administration with experience in sales processing
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics and inventory management software, including CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective time management and the ability to develop a positive team spirit
- Previous experience in logistics with imports and exports, and supply chain management
- Meticulous attention detail and ability to work under pressure in a changing environment
