Sourcing Permanent Candidates

Temporary, Interim and Contract Vacancies

As well as recruiting for permanent roles, we also source candidates who are available to undertake temporary, interim and contract vacancies.

This way of engaging talent is flexible and can be a great way for employers to cover short term workload requirements such as peaks due to seasonal periods, holiday cover, specific projects or sickness cover.

Temporary workers are paid by the employment agency on a weekly basis and the agency is responsible for covering employment costs such as holiday pay, NI, ER’s which enables employers to engage talent without the associated payroll and legal administration.

Interim and Fixed Term Contract (FTC) roles are usually for specific projects or to cover maternity, paternity or sickness leave.  Candidates for these roles will be on your payroll and we will charge a finders fee. Interim or FTC roles are also a great way for jobseekers to get a foot in the door and often convert into a permanent role.

Self Employed Contractors/Consultants

Self-employed contractors/consultants run their own businesses and employers are their clients. Generally self-employed contractors are specialists and often project/program managers are engaged by businesses to undertake specific projects i.e. business change, business transformation, system changes etc.  We have a network of IT, HR, Construction and Finance self-employed contractors/project managers that we regularly work with.

Executive Search

Any executive search project we undertake is based on an exclusive relationship with the employer. This means we will identify and approach executive candidates who are not actively looking for a job.
