Heidi is a skilled administrator with diverse multi-sector experience. She oversees our operations and processes, enabling the recruitment team to work efficiently and deliver our exceptional standard of service.

Heidi plays a key role in ensuring our Talking HR events run seamlessly, from coordinating venues and communications to supporting attendees and managing the finer details. Her organisation and dedication help create a welcoming space where HR professionals across the South West can connect, share ideas, and discuss the evolving world of work.

Favourite place in the South West: This would be Dawlish. So many wonderful childhood memories with my family in our beach hut. Crabbing in the rock pools, Fish and chips on the beach and watching the Black swans on the brook.

Favourite place to eat: This has to be The Cridford Inn – Trusham for a special family occasion (their Sunday Roasts are AMAZING!!) or The River Exe Cafe - Exmouth, their seafood is second to none!

What job would you be terrible at? My balance is terrible – Think Bambi on Ice! So, any job that relied on me staying upright would be completely out of the question!
