Designer Job Description
As a designer, your main responsibility will be to produce assets for the company or clients you work with. These could include the production of printed materials like flyers, signage, banners or brochures as well as digital assets for social media adverts, web content or event promotions.
You will be the leading brand guardian in the business, who works alongside multi-departments including marketing and sales. A designer will need to be adaptable to the different needs of the business, with an ability to be creative and assertive to ensure proper brand usage on all assets.

- Support the marketing and sales team with day-to-day design requirements, both digital and print
- Create artwork to high quality and print-ready standard
- Generate new ideas and concepts, and challenge expectations
- Clearly communicate and share your ideas, influences, and inspiration with the wider team

Qualifications and skills required for a Designer role
- Degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience
- Proficient user of the Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Solid image manipulation and retouching skills
- Experience designing digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media channels
- HTML and CSS experience beneficial
- Experience working with and designing in a responsive CMS-based website platform
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing and advertising, and a variety of print solutions
- A strong understanding of brand, able to adapt your style to suit
- Experience in delivering artwork within tight deadlines
