Jo joined Cathedral Appointments over 25 years ago and now leads the business alongside Clodagh, who joined the company in 2021. Jo is a local employment expert and a former board member of Exeter’s leading business membership organisation, Exeter Chamber. She is also a Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and has an Associated CIPD membership.

Lynsey (Lynz) joined in 2004 and learnt the recruitment ropes across a variety of divisions. She took on tech recruitment in 2016, building on her existing knowledge of tech, and has continued to develop strong partnerships with a wide range of businesses across the South West to find their future tech superstars. Lynz is passionate about innovatively aiding clients with their recruitment campaigns as well as providing insight and expertise into the sector to help fulfil those more challenging roles. She also provides IT support to the business on a day-to-day basis.

- Favourite place in the South West - definitely Cornwall and some of the beautiful coastline down there. I love nothing more than a cheeky weekend away to recharge the batteries!
- Favourite place to eat? - Has to be either The Duck, Yeoford or Rendezvous, Exeter - we are very fortunate to have such amazing food establishments in the area and now more than ever, supporting these local businesses is crucial.
- What job would you be terrible at? - several! I'm scared of heights so flying a plane or working on roofs is definitely off the list!
